The bot receives the e-mail you send, including sender address, subject, body text, attachments, and public links. It stores enough local data to publish the content, protect usernames, accept comments, and verify deletion requests.

Public pages show usernames, titles, descriptions, posts, comments, media links, thumbnails, image links, IDs, and dates. Sender e-mail addresses are used by the bot for ownership checks and are not intentionally displayed on public pages.

External file hosts receive the media files or images that the bot uploads there. Those services have their own logs, retention rules, abuse systems, and deletion policies.

Deleting content from this site removes it from the generated pages and JSON feeds after rebuild, but already-uploaded files can remain reachable on external hosts if someone has the direct URL.
